    Location: McEwan Avenue Centre
    Day and Time: Wednesday 9:30-10:30am
    Instructor Fee: (Small donation to the instructor is appreciated, but not mandatory)
    Location: Edward Street Centre
    Day and Time: Friday 11:30am ñ12:30pm
    Instructor Fee: (Small donation to the instructor is appreciated, but not mandatory)
    Yoga is a lowñimpact form of exercise that helps to reduce stress, improve total fitness, and enhance your sense of self.
