  • THE SKITTERS
    Location: Call 944-1403 for location
    Day and Time: Thursday 10:00 amó12 noon
    This drama club works together to produce performances for our centre and the community at large.

  • TAI CHI
    Location: McEwan Avenue Centre
    Day and Time: Monday 2:00-3:30pm
    Tuesday 2:30-4:00pm
    Location: Edward Street Centre
    Day and Time: Monday 10:00am-12pmóBeginner
    Wednesday 2:00-4:00pm ñBeginner
    Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise that helps with health, balance, breathing and concentration. This ongoing group of friendly participants welcomes newcomers.

  • TAI CHIóADVANCED
    Location: Edward Street Centre
    Day and Time: Wednesday 10:00am-11:30am
    Anyone who has mastered all 317 movements of Tai Chi can join this class.

  • TAP DANCE
    Location: McEwan Avenue Centre
    Day and Time: Tuesday 1:30-2:30 pm
    Instructor Fee: $1.00
    Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers danced on air. You can too! Join us for a great way to learn a new skill and get some exercise. No experience needed - come on out and learn how to tap. Participants are responsible for purchasing their own tap shoes.

  • THERAPEUTIC TOUCH
    Location: Edward Street Centre
    Day and Time: Friday 9:30 am - 11:30 am (by appt. only)
    Additional Cost: $5.00 for members, $10.00 for non-members
    Therapeutic Touch is a non-invasive holistic approach to facilitating healing. It is a consciously directed process of energy exchange during which the TT Practitioner uses the hands as a focus for healing. TT has been proven to reduce pain and enhance a personís healing ability.
