  • FITNESS: ELDEROBICS
    Location: McEwan Avenue Centre
    Day and Time: Monday and Wednesday 11:00 am-12:00 pm
    Cost: $1.00 Donation to the Instructor (optional)
    A low-impact aerobic workout geared towards all aspects of fitness. Designed to promote and maintain a productive and healthy lifestyle by increasing energy, mobility and social activity. Small hand weights are also used.

  • FITNESS: STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE
    Location: Edward Street Centre
    Day and Time: Wednesday 9:00-10:00am
    Friday 1:00-2:00pm
    A gentle exercise program designed to improve muscular fitness (strength and endurance), cardio-respiratory endurance and flexibility. It consists of warm-up exercises, standing exercises, sitting exercises and walking, all done to music in a non-intimidating setting.

  • FREE for members, $125 for non-members
    This program is a continuation of Women on Weights Level 1. Participants MUST have taken Level 1 and be recommended by the instructor to be eligible for this class. Pre-registration is required and space is limited.
